I designed these custom fenders to withstand rainwater effectively, as normal mudguards often fall short. I used a thick 2.1mm PETG material printed in Vase Mode to create them. To ensure stability during printing, I deliberately omitted holes for zip ties, which can disrupt the vase mode and compromise print quality. To assemble these fenders, drill or solder holes for zip ties and securely tie them to the fork. A recent update has led to a new version of the design, FenderBig.stl, which offers slightly more tire clearance to accommodate 4.5" tires.
