Fender Flare

It's challenging to locate original components for an outdated model vehicle, so I decided to attempt creating them through 3D printing. This fender flare part is designed specifically for a 1994 Mitsubishi Strada. The design features low-poly geometry to ensure easy alignment and seamless gluing together using dowels. Before the final painting stage, these parts must be sanded and filled with painting filler to achieve a smooth finish. To ensure durability, print these fender flares using ABS filament or any material that can withstand exposure to sunlight's intense heat. I cut the complete fender flare into seven distinct parts to accommodate my 3D printer's capacity. To create the left-hand sided fender flare, simply mirror the original 3D file.
