This robust bench is crafted from 3/4" plywood, allowing one 4' x 8' sheet to yield a single bench. Designed to accommodate four adults comfortably, it also features storage compartments capable of holding up to four swords (Foil, Sabre, or Epee) with optional PVC inserts. This fencing club bench's distinctive feature is its sword storage. Clearly, construction requires a large-format CNC router table to precision-cut the necessary components. Assembly time amounts to approximately one hour and necessitates wood glue, clamps, and a nail gun. The bench boasts an exceptionally flat base but may exhibit some instability on uneven surfaces. This minor drawback allows for convenient stacking up to four benches high, facilitating effortless storage.
