This is a remix of adding on top of fencepost (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5425713) an owl. I have seen some guys reporting 3D printed parts being exposed to weather conditions for 6 years and still in good condition. However, not having brown filament on hand, I printed in in yellow and then painted with brown paint spray, which hopefully will also prolong the life of that cover.
