The task involved creating fence post spikes to replace corroded cast iron rail attachments on a listed building. Each spike featured a 10mm hole at the base for easy installation. The printing process used ABS filament with 300 micron layers, standard Makerware settings, rafts, and support material. Post-processing included acetone bath treatment.
