<p>This is a fence post solar light for a standard 50mm x 50mm fence post, at least standard here in Australia.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I made a short assembly video on youtube.<br/> <figure class="media"> <oembed url="https://youtu.be/fId3ysLnCek"></oembed> </figure> </p> <p>This is for use with a cheap 48mm diameter, 30mm tall garden solar light.<br/> Optional are mirror tile wall tile sticker cut to 52mmX84mm and circle with outer diameter of 45mm and inner diameter of 10mm, these will increase brightness of the lamp a little bit.<br/> Best printed with PETG.<br/> All files can be printed without supports.<br/> All files functional at 200 micron layer height except for the <strong>middle</strong> file.</p> <p>For best result, I suggest slicing the <strong>middle</strong> file with Simplify3D as follows:<br/> First process 200 micron, stop printing at 4mm<br/> Second process at 350 micron, extrusion multiplier at 1.00, extrusion width at 1.00, VASE MODE, start printing at 4mm, finish printing at 46mm, zero top and bottom layers<br/> Third process at 200 micron, start printing at 46mm</p> <p>This <strong>middle</strong> file can be sliced with prusaslicer with a modifier from 4mm to 46mm, set to zero infill, zero top and bottom layers, 1-2 perimeters.</p>
