A 3D printer at home proved perfect for solving a fence issue. A year ago, a sub-contractor built the fence but some pole caps were missing. Not knowing the pole's make and model, purchasing new caps seemed impossible. Spending just a few minutes on CAD resolved this, followed by two hours of 3D printing to protect the poles from rain.
