I'm looking for clamping dogs that work seamlessly with the Festool MFT fence without relying on the miter gauge. This design ensures precise alignment by fitting snugly into the MFT holes with no play. In addition to printing each clamp, you'll need a pair of M6x25mm hex bolts and nuts. The first bolt is inserted from the top into the nut in the lower knob, while the head of the second bolt engages the track in the fence, securing it by tightening the arm at the back. With about 90 degrees of turn, this design locks and unlocks the track with ease. I've recently updated my designs to include an alternate bottom knob that's larger and easier to grasp manually. This option can be used instead of the original one. To cater to different preferences, I've also added a third knob design. While some users found the large rounded knob suitable for their needs, others preferred something smaller. In response, I've created an 8-ridged knob that provides sufficient grip but might feel too rough on the hands if used extensively. To address this issue, I've introduced a new 4-ridged knob that strikes a balance between ease of use and clearance considerations.
