CREATION The model and its accessories were designed using 3D Studio Max (2016 version). The topology consists of quads and triangles. High-resolution images were created with the Vray rendering engine (version 3.2). MATERIAL AND TEXTURES Texture sizes range from 4096x4096px to 8192x8192px. All textures are in TGA format. A .jpg file, "environment.jpg," was used during the rendering process and is located in the texture folder. RIGGING AND ANIMATIONS The model was rigged using 3D Studio Max Biped 2016. Five animations were crafted: Braking, Go to straight, Skiing, Starting, and Straight. Animations are fully functional and can be viewed on our Youtube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UsRsbbn8Jns. FBX FBX files for the animations were ported using Autodesk FBX 2016. Bones from the biped were converted to dummy format during the .max to .fbx conversion process. Important note: FBX is used for interoperability between applications, but it lacks editing capabilities due to missing features.
