I purchased a metric threaded knurled insert assortment from Amazon for miscellaneous 3d printed models. The kit contained M2, M3, M4, and M5 inserts. I looked online for models but couldn't find them. I modeled them in Solid Edge ST10. I created an assembly with all of the inserts in this kit and exported a STEP file. I used calipers.
