Female Head Sculpt Exercise 1. Begin by taking a moment to relax and loosen your entire body. This will help prevent tension from building up during the exercise. 2. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Exhale slowly out of your mouth, emptying your lungs fully. 3. Locate your occipital ridge - the bone at the back and base of your skull. Place one hand gently on this area. 4. As you inhale, allow your head to drop slightly toward the ground. Your occipital ridge will press into your hand.
