I bought these female banana jacks / binding posts online (from Banggood) and attached them to a 20mm rail, using them on my Kossel 3D printer to charge LiPo batteries with my printer power supply. Update: I adjusted the banana-to-banana spacing to 3/4in to match standard spacing, thanks to ArizonaClark for the suggestion. Post-Printing Force-Fit the Binding Posts Place the binding post washer in front and align the flats on the binding posts with the 3D print. Then, push it in using a mallet or the edge of a table. How I Designed This Part I designed this part in Solidworks, Student Edition, which is for education only.
