So I designed this 3D printed component called Female Power Jack Body Set. Originally, I created these parts to replace plastic components in female jacks due to warping issues in power supplies so that it can be a plug-in and play unit making it easier for me to switch power supplies if needed. But it can also serve another purpose. This component comes in other colors as well. If you download this design, you'll need a dremel or similar tool and some sanding experience with 3D printing. The photos show comparisons between the original plastic parts and my designed 3D printed components that were an exact fit. I recommend using better material to withstand heat.
