This is a protective cover that fits over the male end of a power cord, safeguarding its contacts from damage in a workshop setting. Originally designed by mausolfb, it has proven to be extremely practical for me. After using several of these protectors, I thought to myself, wouldn't it be great if I could attach it directly to the cord while the tool is in use? So, I modified the design to enable clipping onto the typical round power cords found on most power tools.
