A custom mount for the proprietary aero seatposts on Felt's AR series is designed to fit perfectly with the existing components. Both nutted and non-nutted STL files are included for easy printing. This design has not been personally tested or printed, but it is based on detailed descriptions from Felt's official website. The description of the proprietary aero seatpost on Felt's AR series highlights its unique features. It boasts a vibration-reducing technology made from high-quality UHC carbon fiber and features a 3T DiffLock Comfort Module internally. The total length of this innovative component is 350mm. To create this mount, I studied the actual mounting bracket that came with my 2015 Felt AR5 model. The design incorporates 36 unique ridges inspired by the Cygolite Hotshot mount. Assembly and Materials This custom mount requires two 4 mm bolts, each approximately 16 mm in length, along with necessary hardware for attaching a reflector or light. Additionally, three 4 mm nuts are needed to secure everything properly.
