Feiyue FY03 front differential brace

The front differential case is a major weak point of the FY03/Eachine EAT 04/WlToys 12428 car, taking on all impact force during frontal impacts. WlToys acknowledged this vulnerability by adding metal bracing to their follow-up models 12428-b and 12429. The FY03/EAT 04, however, lacks this vital reinforcement, resulting in a broken differential casing after a crash. To address this issue, I've designed reinforced braces for both the lower and upper sides of the front differential. These mounts fit seamlessly into the original holes, but it's essential to use longer screws due to the added 2mm thread length required. A total of nine 2.6*10mm PT screws are needed for both the lower and upper parts. This design is printable, although I highly recommend machining it out of aluminum for enhanced strength and a sleek appearance. To facilitate this process, I've included DXF files with the design. Update (2020/02/11): The lower brace has been revised with more precise measurements based on a new differential casing measurement taken from a freshly acquired part.
