Feiyue FY03 Anti Roll Bar
thingiverse
The Eachine EAT04 and Feiyue FY03 have a tendency to tip over in corners due to their high center of gravity and lack of an anti roll bar. This can be fixed by lowering the suspension to address the first issue, or installing this anti roll bar assembly to solve the second. The assembly consists of four key parts: a mount that attaches to the battery tray and holds the spring; two bones that fit into the shock mounts of the rear suspension arms; and the spring itself. The mount should be printed in TPU and designed to snap into the holes on the battery tray, as shown in the picture. The bones should be printed in a more rigid material, such as PLA, PETG or ABS. Two M2.5 screws are required for mounting the shocks, while the spring needs 15cm of 1.8mm diameter (or better 2.0mm) spring steel wire. The wire should be bent into shape after being fed through the mount, with each arm measuring around 45mm in length excluding short end segments.
