Feiyue FY03 Anti Roll Bar
thingiverse
The Feiyue FY03/Eachine EAT04 has a tendency to tip over in corners, thanks to its high center of gravity and the absence of an anti roll bar. This thing fixes the second of those issues (just lower your suspension to fix the first). The anti roll bar assembly consists of 4 parts: A mount that attaches to the battery tray and holds the spring, the spring and two bones that go into the shock mounts of the rear suspension arms. The mount is to be printed in TPU and is designed to snap into the holes in the battery tray (see picture). The bones is to be printed in a more rigid material, whether you choose PLA, PETG or ABS is up to you and should not matter. You need two M2.5 screws similar to those used to mount the shocks. For the spring you need ~15cm of spring steel wire of at least 1.8mm diameter (better 2.0mm). Bend it as shown in the picture, AFTER you fed it through the mount. The length of each arm (excluding the short end segments) should be ~45mm. Make the parts that go into the bones a bit longer than shown, as you need some extra space to secure them into the holes after mounting (bend the part that sticks out?).
