Case Design for FeiyuTech G4 Gimbal Stowage: A Secure and Durable Solution. The primary goal was to create a compact case that safeguards the gimbal during travel, ensuring its components remain intact and functional. The design prioritizes ease of use, preventing any bending or loss of screws. To store the gimbal, simply slide it into the case and secure it with the cover. This straightforward process ensures the device is protected from potential damage. Update (2019-03-29): Version 2 Design Improvements. Upon reviewing my previous case design, I noticed a significant flaw - a crack had developed. To rectify this issue, I revised the design to incorporate thicker 3mm walls for enhanced durability. The new version was printed using carbon filament, which provides increased strength and stability. However, during the first attempt at printing, nozzle clogging occurred, resulting in an incomplete print. To avoid this problem, I created a test piece specifically designed for rough testing. This prototype successfully carried my full weight without any issues, as evident from the accompanying photographs.
