Fein Turbo vac hose nozzle end fitting

This is a direct replacement nozzle end fitting for the 1-1/4" hose that comes with Fein Turbo I and II vacuums. Fein only sells the complete hose assembly, part number #921049GN1, but not the separate nozzle fitting, which is what I needed when mine broke. Print Settings I recommend printing this model end down, with a brim. It's essential to print it essentially solid, using 4 x 0.5mm perimeters for best results. The model is designed to be dimensionally accurate to the original, but scaling up slightly (100.1 to 100.5%) can help allow for shrinkage, depending on the filament you're using. I used Taulman nylon 910 scaled at 100.2% for its toughness and inter-layer strength, and it printed well on the first try without any issues. The finished product fit perfectly onto the original hose retainer fittings as shown in the pictures.
