Feet Fortification for MPCNC
thingiverse
I designed this fortification for my MPCNC because I needed a usable Z height of 200mm to work effectively with a vice. The struts make the entire system more rigid and cancel vibrations by reducing forces in X and Y directions on the feet of the MPCNC. I created the tube mount to hold an M4 nut, making it easy to fix on the tube with only one hand needed. So, you'll also require an M4x20 screw for each foot. The struts are secured with the same type of M8x30 screws used for the MPCNC. To attach the base mount to the table, I used Spax 4x30mm wood screws. Materials: - 4x M4x20 screws - 4x M4 nuts - 16x M8x30 screws - 16x M8 nuts - 16x 4x30mm wood screws
