Feet for use with replayreb's awesome CR-10 Dual 120mm fan bigery case remix ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2839191 ).

He designed his for use with rubber feet that you can buy online. I didn't have any rubber feet so I used the dimensions and made this model in Fusion360.

You'll need to print 8 of these. They will print nicely without supports and will take not more than 10 minutes of printing time per foot.

The version labelled "for short screws" is designed for common fan screws that are normally included in the box, about 7.7 mm long with head diameter 6.7mm and thread diameter 4.75mm. This is most likely the one you need.

The version labelled "original dimensions" uses the dimensions from the original amazon listing and replayreb's measurements. It seems to be designed for long thin fan screws. I have not tested this version because I didn't have any screws that fit.

The optional cap fits over the foot and lets you stick on any sort of rubber or silicon feet you already have on the bottom of the plastic feet (I used some small silicon bumpons). I've included a chamfer around the cap to make it easy to prise off the foot with a screwdriver if you ever need to disassemble it to unscrew the feet to swap out a fan.

I've attached the .f3d files in case you want to customise the dimensions.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

CR-10 Mini

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

15%

Notes:

Orient with biggest face on build plate (the .stl should already be in the correct orientation).

You might need a razor blade to seperate the caps from the build plate because they're very thin.

Category: 3D Printer Parts
