This is a base for the underside of a 1515 aluminum extrusion rail or equivalent. It's highly advisable to also use a felt pad on the bottom, especially if hardwood floors are present. The screw holes measure M5 in diameter. Additional details include a modifier mesh covering the lower platform and surrounding areas around the holes. This mesh can be loaded into your slicer and designated as 100% infill for maximum strength and security.
