These are vibration damping feet that really make a big difference in reducing noise from my Rostock Delta Mini G2S Pro printer. I was getting annoyed with all the racket it was making, so I decided to take action. The stepper motor dampers I've also installed work well together with these, and they're available on Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1625391. I printed mine using soft PLA with 20% infill, but other types of soft filament should also work just fine. If the print isn't coming out soft enough, try adding some z-scaling to get it right.
