Feeding dish ring

I feed my dogs with dishes on a specially made feeding ring, and I believe you could use something similar as a starting point for your own creation. My girlfriend acquired one of those laptop stands from IKEA and made modifications to create space for our dog's bowls. She drilled holes into the stand, but the cuts weren't precise, so it never looked polished. Nevertheless, the addition of these rings improved its appearance significantly, with the bowls resting steadily in place without wobbling excessively and maintaining a neat overall look.
