feeder for "Ultimaker 2 Rail System"

Reinforced edition of my preceding feeder, designed specifically for use with the "Ultimaker2 Rail System". After numerous hours of printing on my feeder, the hook had loosened somewhat, prompting me to replace it and strengthen it simultaneously. With the U2RS, size constraints associated with the backplate are eliminated, allowing me to add a few millimeters here and there, merging the body with a mounting plate in the process. Additionally, I modified the hook's shape slightly to enhance surface area contact with the primary arm. My advice is to employ any material of your preference (PLA, XT, ABS), but I recommend using PLA for the body due to potential wear concerns. If the body experiences significant wear, particles may enter the bowden/heater system, which you'll want to avoid during lower-temperature PLA printing. The presence of ABS/XT particles is undesirable in such scenarios. To find complementary parts for the rail system, search for "U2RS" online. For those seeking more information, here are my printed settings: layer 0.1 with a fill rate of 100%, and a print speed of 35mm/s. Please ensure that the knurled wheel is positioned a bit closer to the motor; just enough for the filament to center itself perfectly within. For design enthusiasts interested in accessing the feeder's original files, please visit youmagine.com, where they are readily available. Should you wish to explore the UM2 Rail System in more detail, I suggest visiting Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:430899). The my original feeder model is also posted there, along with various adaptations (my original feeder, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:378939), including an improved version inspired by "the Mother of All UM2 Feeders" (https://www.youmagine.com/designs/alternative-um2-feeder-version-two). Update, 1/2015 - The body was upgraded with added mass around the bearing wheel to improve filament guidance when working with flexible filaments. To demonstrate its capabilities, I successfully ran a UM extrusion test at temperatures ranging from 230 degrees Celsius down to 8.5 mm3/s using semi-flexible Makerpoint MP flex 45 fillament.
