Feeder envelope for using TPU on bowden drive
thingiverse
I'm printing with TPU on my Geeetech A30 using an aluminium feeder. To secure it in place, I used a 5mm length of Bowden tube - just about 3mm sticks out at the rear. Additionally, printed holes tend to be narrower based on printer and settings, so you'll need to expand the front hole to 2mm to fit 1.75mm filament and the back one to around 4 mm for a snug fit with the Bowden tube.
