Feeder Clamp with Conical filament driver
thingiverse
To improve the bowden clamp, I modified its riser. The original hole was problematic when passing filament through, so I changed it to a conical shape with an extended diameter for the tightening ring at 5mm from the top. Additionally, I countersunk the bottom of the riser post-printing and recommended doing the same for the bowden tube. I printed chopmeister's H3 feeder unit and installed this modified clamp; however, the riser was loose, so a small tightening nut was added as a fix. A visual guide is attached, which shows a 0.1mm layer height print with 100% infill. An update included extending the bowden tube hole and thread by 5mm, resulting in new STL files named 'Feeder Clamp 5mm longer thread'.
