I just made the hole bigger to make room for a PTFE tube that can accommodate flexible filament. For anyone curious about the small clip opening, it's actually designed to hold an extruder tension holder in place. As you can see, I printed one out but didn't end up using it because my cable holder is currently obstructing the way.
