A 1/4" tubing connection is used between my filament storage box and printer to prevent friction at the stepstruder end. To install, print the part with 100% fill and drill the holes for a tight fit. I tapped an unused feed hole in my MK7 stepstruder for mounting this part. However, ensure disassembly of the stepstruder feed mechanism to remove any plastic particles that may clog the extrusion nozzle. A word of caution: some users might suggest not modifying the second hole; it's up to you! :-)
