Depending on your material, especially blue being ideal, you'll need to print at a thickness that yields a translucent object. I've included two STLs that cater to different needs - one prints with a single layer thickness of 0.1 or 0.2 mm, while the other works best with layers 0.3 or 0.4 mm (using 0.1 or 0.2 mm as the thickness). Alternatively, you can use the provided Blender file to adjust the thickness; two vertex groups allow for quick and easy selection of the relevant sections that require adjustment.
