Keepon and Marek Michalowski recently visited the BotCave, inspiring an internal challenge among MakerBot staff to create hats for Keepon using Marek's new Thing-O-Matic printer. As part of this challenge, I have been working on a series of Indiana Jones-style fedoras for Keepon, experimenting with finishing techniques in hopes of curling the brim using a heat gun or incorporating a supported route.
