This is again a very simple machinable part. Beginners can use it to understand feature machining and experts can use it to test out how quickly they can get a program out for this part. I personally did it in under 15 minutes.Manufacturing:1. Get raw material in block form.2. Hold it in a machine vice.3. Rough and finish it using an endmill.Casting Techniques:1. Create a pattern (use a 3D-Printer or wood made pattern)2. Use sand casting Technique with double sand in-fills to get great detailing and better surface finish.3. If you wish to eliminate machining after casting, then you can go for die-casting.
