The feathryn tend to fall into one of two categories. The first have accepted the loss of their wings, and have largely flocked toward the great airship cities where they serve as crewmates, captains, traders or pirates. The second group are cultists, who worship the primal spirit Aud, the feathered one. Their belief is, through service of Aud, they will be granted their wings back.  Feathryn in this category travel the realm searching for an opportunity to prove their worth, so that they may ascend into the sky again, free.
