I designed a custom featherboard for my Bosch GTS 635 table saw, as I wasn't convinced the adjustment range on existing models would accommodate my needs. I chose to print it with PETG due to its superior flexibility over PLA. The results are outstanding, and I'm pleased with how well it performs. To secure it firmly in place, you can opt for a M6 hex screw or an Inbus fastener.
