Attach lightweight craft feathers directly to a standard 3.3v hobby motor. The motor's design allows feathers to slot into the precision-cut holes surrounding its perimeter, pointing inward with ease. The fit of the motor into the custom-designed feather holder may require some adjustment, depending on your printer settings. It is recommended to have a 2mm drill-bit on hand to enlarge the opening if necessary. In the accompanying image, M4x25mm bolts and an elastic-band are used to securely hold the motor in place. For added stability, consider upgrading to M4x50 or even M4x75 bolts, which would enable mounting the entire assembly onto a more robust structure.
