Feather Board w/ Locking Miter Bar + Hardware

thingiverse

This is a comprehensive kit for setting up a horizontal featherboard on a table saw, consisting of the featherboard itself, a pair of miter bars (locking and non-locking) with precisely spaced holes that align perfectly with the featherboard slots, and two knobs (one for attaching the featherboard to the miter bar and another for securing the miter bar). The complete lockable assembly requires three 1/4"-20x1" machine screws, which should be threaded into the holes on the miter bars. The locking miter bar has a limitation - it restricts the board from passing over the locking mechanism. As shown in the accompanying picture, this is why I've included a non-locking version of my miter bar, allowing for full featherboard adjustment but necessitating an alternative method to secure the assembly during cuts. To address this issue, I plan to add a lockable stop block that can be positioned on the ends of the standard miter bar for such scenarios. Fusion 360 files are included for editing purposes.
