Feast for Odin Norwegian Expansion Fixes

I recently got the Norwegian expansion for Feast for Odin and my existing 3D insert no longer accommodated the new pieces. With ample room in the box, I redesigned two components (For now) to house the trade goods and VP tokens, and a deeper box for the huts/longhouses. The one and two coin tokens are now stored in one of the larger player boxes due to significant empty space. Still working on this... [update 5/1/2019] I utilized the available space on the level1_coin_tray_redux(1).stl to store some leftover horse tiles
