I made an FDM-friendly version from Lehof's "Solidoodle Extruder Jigsaw replacement" DXF using Sketchup. It prints well but I never installed it because I changed the stock extruder for an E3DV5. Instructions It's untested, but I think if you print each one of the files, you'll get a complete jigsaw extruder replacement ! If enjoyable, do enjoy !
