FD51-4OS stands out as an Open Source 50mm 3D printed speaker driver that not only covers a wide range of frequencies but also serves as a standalone option. Designed with educational purposes in mind due to its relatively lower SPL, it still packs enough punch for use in Bluetooth speakers. Its compact size allows it to be used within smaller 3D printed cabinets, and when paired with flexible surrounds, makes it the most printable speaker I've come across. FD51-4OS has undergone rigorous testing, including frequency response measured using an EMM-6 Dayton calibrated microphone, and Thiele & Small parameters have been calculated for building around this data.
