The FC-1 Xiaolong / JF-17 Thunder is a lightweight multi-role combat aircraft developed jointly by Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) and Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC) of China. Pakistan needed to replace its older fleet of Nanchang A-5, Chengdu F-7, and Dassault Mirage III / V. So, together with CAC, it started the development of this new aircraft. The JF-17 flies with the Pakistan Air Force from 2007, and its fleet is still growing with last variants featuring modernized avionics. Other users are Myanmar (16 ordered) and Nigeria (4 ordered), but many other countries are looking at the JF-17 with great interest. Recently, a two-seater version of the JF-17 was created, called the JF-17B. Model 1:100 scale printed at 1:285 with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.12 mm layers was achieved using an Ender3 as shown in the image taken from PrusaSlicer 2.0. Erik increased the dimension of sidewinders again to make printing easier on February 22, 2020.
