FB2020 PSU Bracket
thingiverse
I'm building the FB2020 Printer and the 200W power supply I purchased doesn't fit the printed brackets in the design because my PSU is smaller. So, I went to TinkerCAD and designed this one. I haven't printed it out yet, so there may be alterations. Update: fillets and rounded corners have been added. Print Settings: Printer: Malyan M150 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 75 to 100% for strength Notes: Because the long arm sometimes lifts during printing, you may need to use a brim - I used a 5mm wide brim. How I Designed This: Designed in TinkerCAD. As a beginner at 3D modeling, there will probably be a better way to design this, but it took me less than an hour and should do the job. Update 15/12/16: Redesigned after printing out, repositioned holes, and added better fillets. Deleted old versions. Update 1/1/17: Altered to get holes in the right position and widened the gap for the 2020 section. Not perfect, but I'm done for now as it works. Update 7/1/17: I have redrawn this again with better rounded edges and fillets as I am learning more about using TinkerCAD - I haven't printed it yet, but I will in the next 24 hours. I'll update when I have printed one out.
