FB P905X - X Axis Bridge

This is a completely revamped X axis bridge for a Flying bear P905X. Designed to integrate an E3D V6 hot-end and a 40mm part cooling fan, it necessitates a 12mm widening of the carriage bars. To achieve this, I manufactured new custom plates that utilize the existing mounting points. The plates holding the hot-end in place are crafted from two pieces of 3mm acrylic sheet glued together. With access to a laser cutter, this method proved more efficient for me. A 3D printed alternative would also be effective. The height of the prox switch was not perfectly calibrated, so I fine-tuned it using slips of 120gsm paper - a makeshift solution that worked. The overall assembly is significantly lighter than the original model. My next upgrade will involve experimenting with printed bearings.
