I had found an adapter online, but it would set me back 25 euros. Too pricey, I decided to build one myself. It's programmed so you can easily adjust all the key settings. Unfortunately, it's not leakproof, requiring a piece of rubber for sealing. If you're printing with TPU filament, you can create a seal instead. There are plenty of handwheels available, but if you don't feel like searching, I've included one extra. I used this adapter for testing purposes.
