Faucet extension (rotatable version)
thingiverse
There are some designs for the faucet extension readily available within this space, but all of them become permanently attached once secured to the faucet. However, I'm eager to create a version that allows for rotation in case I need water for drinking purposes. This design consists of two distinct parts: one is intended to be fixed directly to the faucet (faucetExtensionFixedV2b.STL), while the other movable part (faucetExtensionMovedV2c.STL) can rotate around the first component. The cross-sectional dimensions of my faucet measure 11.5x25mm. I have included the FreeCAD file (faucetExtensionFixedV2.FCStd) for the fixed part, allowing you to modify and adapt it to fit your specific faucet model if needed. If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could print the fixed part using a flexible material. In my experiments, both PLA and TPE were tried, but the latter proved to be a much better fit.
