Faucet Aerator - Drop In Replacement for Kitchen Sink
thingiverse
I'm thrilled to report that this device works flawlessly and fits seamlessly into my standard kitchen sink here in the States. I've included the step file so you can easily modify it to suit your needs. When printing, I used a 0.2mm nozzle at a layer height of 0.1mm. While I'm not entirely certain how this device would perform with a 0.4mm nozzle, I'm eager to experiment and find out. I was truly impressed by the quality of the cheap eBay 0.2mm nozzle I purchased. As a first-time user of a nozzle other than 0.4mm, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that no cleanup was required for the holes, and the images straight off the print bed looked fantastic. For optimal results, I recommend using PETG instead of PLA, as it boasts higher temperatures and is considered safe for use with food and water. While ABS worked for testing purposes, some sources suggest it may leach toxins into food or water, so I plan to re-print with PETG soon.
