Fatshark Lens Protector
thingiverse
This model safeguards Fatshark goggles lenses from scratches and direct sunlight, designed for effortless and swift printing while minimizing TPU usage.\r\n\r\nIt fits snugly into diopter correction lens slots. A secure TPU link between covers keeps it firmly in place and allows for rapid (dis)mounting. Integrated supports allow for easy removal.\r\n\r\nI suggest smoothing all edges with sandpaper after printing.\r\n\r\nPersonally, I sliced this model using TPU settings and added a M600 command to the gcode file at Z=1.6mm. PLA was used for the bottom section due to compatibility with TPU slicer settings. \r\n\r\nI've also included a .stl without integrated supports (_NIS) and the Fusion360 source file.
