Fatshark Batterypack for 18650 LiIon

<p>I designed a Housing for two 18650 LiIon Cells, to use with my Fatsharks.</p> <p>You also have a little space on the outside to mount a capacity/voltage indicator board (I used one from banggood for 2s)</p> <p>Today I got the cells and installed them. Works like a charm.</p> <p>Its a bit bigger than the fatshark ones but it still fits in the headstrap (with a bit of gentle force)</p> <p>Even though I solderded the cells and not pointwelded them, I do not recommend doing this unless you know what you are doing. But if you do it:</p> <ul> <li>use a strong/hot soldering iron &gt;80W (the one I used has 150W)</li> <li>full heat but quick heating/soldering</li> <li>never heat more than 5 sec.</li> <li>let the cell completely cool off before soldering again</li> </ul> Category: R/C Vehicles
