I designed this bracket to attach a Fatshark 5.8Ghz patch antenna directly to a Black Pearl FPV diversity monitor. I needed a bracket to allow me to tilt my patch antenna in order to direct it at my quadcopter, so there is a screw positioned centrally on the bracket for this purpose. The SMA screw secures the bracket onto the screen and a few small screws hold the bracket to the antenna from behind.
