Happy Father's Day Dad!! The kid took charge, designing the screw from scratch. Mom brought her brilliant idea to life, putting all the pieces together seamlessly. I had him stand in front of a bright window, metering the camera on the window to capture his silhouette, then taking the picture. Next, I photoshopped the image to remove the silhouette, transforming it into a 3D STL file. With precise measurements, I made the screw 3mm thick and attached it to the ends of a hanger. When all the parts were printed, I glued the hanger into the top hole of the screw using strong adhesive. To achieve perfect prints for both the screw and base, I set my printer settings as follows: Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: To ensure a snug fit between the screw and base, print them at 100% infill with only one shell. The screw head requires minimal support - just a small amount around its center core. Be cautious not to let support material spill over into the area between the spinning disk and screw head. With Simplify 3D, I manually placed support material to get it to print correctly.
