I needed a straightforward 18650 holder for my Fatshark goggles, and it had to be compatible with PVC heat shrink. To ensure the battery terminals didn't short out the cells, I also applied a layer of PlastiDip to the ends. The battery leads I chose were from Amazon: B0111M6PIQ.
